Dapa

Dapa is a Rumelian Simurian frequently seen in the company of Osuki. A relatively minor presence, he is most notable for getting drunk on Earth alcohol and being promptly confronted by Dabura about it — an encounter that sobers him up instantly. Despite his limited page time, Dapa functions as a humanizing detail within the Simurian delegation, demonstrating that not all of the Rumelians carry Osuki's aggressive edge or Dabura's commanding gravity. His easy camaraderie with Osuki and his sheepish reaction to Dabura's displeasure sketch a character who is fundamentally ordinary in the best sense — someone caught up in extraordinary events without being extraordinary himself. In a cast defined by warriors, diplomats, and figures carrying enormous historical weight, Dapa's very ordinariness is a kind of relief. Not every Simurian who came to Earth arrived carrying a destiny.
